Guided personally by Claire Louise O’Kane, these are not simply bookings — they are immersive moments designed to slow you down, awaken the senses, and create lasting memories. To ensure every detail is prepared with care, bookings require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice unless otherwise stated. This allows time for ingredient sourcing, seasonal preparation, and creating each experience exactly as it is meant to be. Once your booking is placed, you’ll receive a personal confirmation directly from Claire. If you feel called to experience something sooner and your preferred date falls within 48 hours, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Additional children are welcome and will incur a small surcharge of £5 per child, payable on the day. No two experiences are ever exactly the same.
