Mussenden Sea Salt -harvested from the wild Atlantic waters of the Causeway Coast, where the North Channel and the Atlantic Ocean meet off the north coast of Ireland. The convergence of two seas — each with its own distinct current and mineral character — creates water with an exceptionally rich mineral profile, and it is from this water that every grain of Mussenden Sea Salt is gathered.
Harvested sustainably , this unrefined sea salt retains its full spectrum of naturally occurring trace minerals, including an unusually high level of magnesium — significantly above that found in standard sea salts.
