Our experiences are offered seasonally, shaped by the rhythms of the North Coast and the conditions of land and sea. The 2026 season will run from April to September, with dates released in stages.

Curated by Claire Louise O’Kane, founder of Mussenden Sea Salt, the collection brings together food, sea salt, and place-led moments designed to be grounded, thoughtful, and quietly memorable.
